繼超對比屏幕之后，世界領(lǐng)先的光學(xué)背投屏幕制造商dnp又發(fā)布了新款dnp對比度濾鏡屏幕TM（CFS），新型屏幕將極大地改善對比度、畫面亮度與視角。此款屏幕將在中國許多最先進(jìn)的控制室顯示墻系統(tǒng)中廣泛應(yīng)用。
－dnp研發(fā)經(jīng)理Søren Weis Lindegaard表示，一般而言，更高的對比度意味著更低的亮度，反之亦然。但這款新型透鏡設(shè)計(jì)的對比率比dnp超對比屏幕高達(dá)兩倍之多——同時(shí)具有更為明亮的圖像。垂直視角亦提升十余個(gè)百分點(diǎn)，從而確保了多層屏幕排列的大型顯示墻上也能夠顯示均勻亮度的圖像。
屏幕清晰度的大幅提高則是該款屏幕的另一大改進(jìn)。50英寸的屏幕能達(dá)到0.065毫米的超密間距，并且擁有15,000條網(wǎng)線的水平分辨率和極高的垂直分辨率，從而消除了所有LCD和DLP屏幕令人困擾的波紋問題。
CFS屏幕的最大尺寸可達(dá)70英寸。
 光學(xué)原理
dnp高對比度過濾屏幕（CFS）是一款雙層光學(xué)屏幕，將提高亮度的透鏡系統(tǒng)與具有高對比度的嶄新技術(shù)濾光鏡融為一體。CFS屏幕的光學(xué)透鏡由7層光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)而組成，每一層都具有獨(dú)特的光學(xué)特性。
菲涅耳元件上的兩個(gè)活動透鏡系統(tǒng)可折射背投光線，并以準(zhǔn)確的角度直接投射向觀眾。在透鏡元件的背面，配備超密間距透鏡的薄膜將光線均勻分布到擴(kuò)散層。在下一層中，背投光線需穿過間距僅為0.065毫米的高對比度濾光鏡，防止入射光線破壞圖像質(zhì)量。覆蓋60％屏幕表面的黑色凹槽可以有效吸收環(huán)境光，阻擋窗戶和室內(nèi)照明的反射。屏幕表面的防眩層不僅能夠進(jìn)一步削減環(huán)境光的不良影響，而且還可以防靜電、抗劃痕。

新型CFS屏幕可提供4.5的高增益度和40˚水平半增益角，寬闊的視角可提供卓越的圖像質(zhì)量。8˚垂直半增益角確保在多層屏幕排列的顯示墻上提供均勻亮度的圖像質(zhì)量。

dnp sets new standards for control room displays
At Integrated Systems in Shanghai, April 27-29 2005, dnp denmark launches a new generation of high contrast screens with dramatically improved contrast, brightness and viewing angles.
The new dnp Contrast Filter Screen™ (CFS) from the world’s leading manufacturer of optical rear projection screens is the successor to the dnp Ultra Contrast Screen, which is used in many of China´s most sophisticated control room display walls.
- Normally, higher contrast means lower brightness or vice versa. But this new lens architecture provides contrast ratios which are twice as high as those of the dnp Ultra Contrast Screen – and at the same time a much brighter image. The vertical viewing angles have also been increased by more than 10% to improve brightness uniformity in high display walls with several rows of screens, says dnp´s R&D Manager, Søren Weis

Another major improvement is the screen definition. With an ultra-fine pitch of 0.065 mm, a 50” version of the screen provides a horizontal resolution of 15,000 lines and infinite vertical resolution. This eliminates any form of moiré problems with LCD and DLP screens.

Optical principles
The dnp Contrast Filter Screen (CFS) is an optical double element screen that combines brightness enhancing lens systems with a new high contrast filter. The optical lens design of the CFS Screen comprises 7 layers, each with its own optical property:
Two active lens systems on the fresnel element redirects the rear projected light and sends it forward at right angles towards the viewers. At the back side of the lenticular element, a film with ultra-fine pitch lenses spreads the light evenly to a diffuser layer. The next layer allows the rear projected light to pass through a high contrast filter with a pitch of 0.065 mm that blocks incident light from damaging the image. The black grooves, which cover 60% of the screen surface, effectively absorb ambient light and eliminate reflections from windows and room lighting. The impact of the ambient light is further reduced by the matt layer on the screen surface, which also features an anti-static, scratch coating.
Optical specifications
The new CFS Screen delivers a peak gain of 4.5 and horizontal 1/2 gain angles of 40˚ and superior image quality from wide viewing angles. The vertical 1/2 gain is 8˚ to ensure brightness uniformity in tall display walls with several rows of screens.
